I’m a writer in San Francisco covering technology, visual design, education, and new media. I have a Certificate in Technical Communications from U. C. Berkeley Extension. The program for that included courses in Technical Editing, Online Help, Visual Design, Documenting Java/C++, and Infomation Architecture, as well as a two semester introduction to the field.
My education also includes M.A. and B.A. degrees in American Studies.
